Return & Refund Policy

Returns Policy

We understand that from time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.

Before returning any items please contact Test Measurement Australia (TMA) on 1800 632 693 to discuss your reason for requiring a return and organise an approval to return an item to TMA.

Before contacting TMA regarding a return please understand the following terms of business:

  1. TMA will not pay for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering, or the product has failed.
  2. If you have changed your mind, or made a mistake, we require notification within 7 business days of the recorded delivery date.
  3. If you received a faulty or damaged item, we require notification within 7 business days of the recorded delivery date.
  4. If the item you received is not what you ordered, we require notification within 7 business days of the recorded delivery date.
  5. TMA is NOT obligated to offer a store credit for products that are returned damaged to our address or never arrive. The TMA address is: 21 Garden Blvd, Dingley Village VIC 3172. To qualify for a credit an item must be returned in perfect condition ready to be resold. Failure to package a returning item properly will undoubtedly result in no store credit and the product will be returned to the customer.
  6. A store credit issued for a return because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering will be for the value of the returned item only. A store credit for a specific item does not cover the cost of postage.
  7. Where the product is deemed to have failed under warranty TMA will provide a replacement product free of charge or a full credit (including original postage) if replacement is not possible. 

Cancellations

Test Measurement Australia prides itself on despatching most orders on the same or next business day after you have placed and paid for your order. If you wish to cancel your order please call TMA immediately on 1800 632 693. If we have not despatched the item we can provide a full refund. If the item has already been despatched then you must return the unit for credit as per instructions and policy above.

Partial Shipments / Back orders

If we are unable to supply in full your order we will contact you to ask how you would like to proceed. In most cases we can either supply an alternative product at no addtional cost or we can look at forward orders from our suppliers' factories. TMA will not supply partial shipments unless you have given expressed permission to do so.

All back ordered products from TMA are supplied free into store when they become available for shipping.
